Formulated by gastroenterologists.
Guided by evidence.
A closer look at how we formulated LIST/OF, from ingredient research and clinical reasoning to quality standards and daily-use design.
Our standard
The supplement industry has a trust problem.
Most people do not need more supplement clutter. They need a clearer way to understand what they are taking, why it is there, and how it fits into a daily routine.
That was the standard behind LIST/OF: less noise, more intention, and a formula built to make sense beyond the front of the label.
Formulated by gastroenterologists with a daily understanding of digestive health.
Selected based on research, clinical reasoning, and a clear role in the formula.
Designed around meaningful daily amounts, not ingredient trends.
Every ingredient was chosen with restraint, intention, and a clear reason to belong.
Our filter
“The formula started with a question: what actually belongs?”
Before an ingredient made the formula, it had to make sense: in the research, in the dose, and in the daily ritual.
A focused formula means knowing what to leave out. Every ingredient was chosen for a clear role in daily gut support.
Clear ingredients, clear purpose, and a formula designed to be understood beyond the front of the label.
What it supports
Four systems. One daily ritual.
Gut health is not one thing. It is the interplay of fiber, bacteria, motility, and the gut-brain axis. LIST/OF was designed to support all four together, not one piece at a time.
Soluble fibers help support stool form, digestive rhythm, and more predictable regularity. The foundation of a steady daily gut routine.
Targeted probiotics help support the microbial ecosystem that plays a central role in everyday digestive health.
Botanicals like ginger, peppermint, and kiwifruit were selected to support digestive comfort and healthy gut movement without harsh stimulant laxatives.
The gut and brain are in constant communication. L-theanine and green tea extract help make LIST/OF a more complete daily ritual for gut and nervous-system support.
The formula
Four building blocks.
Every one has a reason.
Every ingredient has a job. Every dose is intentional. Nothing made the formula without earning its place.
Try the formula →Beyond digestion
Your gut has a nervous system.
We formulated for it.
The enteric nervous system, sometimes called the “second brain,” contains hundreds of millions of neurons and communicates with the brain through the gut-brain axis.
That connection changes how we think about daily gut support. Digestion does not happen in isolation; it is shaped by rhythm, routine, stress, and the signals moving between the gut and brain. LIST/OF was formulated with that bigger picture in mind.
Quality standard
Manufactured to cGMP standards.
Supported by batch documentation.
We only publish what we can verify. LIST/OF is manufactured in accordance with FDA cGMP regulations for dietary supplements and supported by finished-product batch documentation.
Manufactured according to FDA cGMP requirements for dietary supplements.
Each batch is manufactured against written product specifications and approved production documentation.
Each finished product batch is supported by a signed certificate of analysis.
Nutritional and gluten testing are used to support the Supplement Facts Panel and label accuracy.
Founder standard
Built by the doctors who see
what doesn’t work every day.
As board-certified gastroenterologists, we spent years watching patients arrive having already cycled through every supplement on the shelf. The bloating didn’t go away. The irregularity persisted. And the formulas they were using — when we looked at them — were exactly what we’d expect: underdosed, blend-hidden, and built around ingredient trends rather than clinical evidence.
We built LIST/OF because the product we would have recommended to our patients didn’t exist.
The evidence
The research behind the formula.
LIST/OF was built from ingredient-level research, clinical reasoning, and daily-use formulation standards. Selected references:
