Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
What if my order is lost, damaged, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged product or packaging.

Return & Refund Policy
30-Day First Order Guarantee
We want LIST/OF to be part of a routine that feels right for you. Try LIST/OF once daily for 30 days. If it is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your first order to the original payment method.
Guarantee Details
- The 30-day first order guarantee applies to your first LIST/OF order only.
- To be eligible, your order must have been purchased directly through getlistof.com.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Limit one refund per customer, household, or shipping address.
- Repeat orders, subscription renewals, and additional purchases are not eligible for the first order guarantee.
- If your first order includes more than one package, the guarantee covers one opened package. Any additional unopened packages may need to be returned before a refund is issued.
- Because LIST/OF is an ingestible product, we do not accept returns of opened product.
- Any upgraded shipping fees, if offered, are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may take several business days to post the refund to your account.
- LIST/OF reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getlistof.com. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged product or packaging so we can help make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@getlistof.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased through unauthorized retailers, resale platforms, or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for refunds through LIST/OF.
